Note: Requests will not be processed without a valid Booking ID This can be found within the Summary Box located in the Upper Right Hand Corner of your invoice.

Type of Refund

Please select if you are requesting a Partial or Complete Refund on your Reservation and provide details in the "Reason for Request" field below.

Reason for Request

Note: All Refund Requests need to be submitted 72 Hours prior to the start of your reservation and no later than 48 Hours after the start of your reservation period in the event that: Severe Weather or Unsafe Conditions, Equipment or Reservation System issues have prevented you from utilizing your reservation. All other requests will be reviewed for validity but may not be processed. Please, always first consider your safety and the safety of others with you when participating in activities related to your reservation.
